Ganoderma Coffee Review

My Experience with DXN Ganoderma Coffee

My journey with Ganoderma coffee began back in 2012, when I first discovered DXN coffees. At that time, functional coffee was still new to me — but over the years it has become an essential part of my daily routine. Now, looking back more than a decade later in 2025, it’s fascinating to see how my taste has evolved and how DXN Ganoderma coffee has become not only a delicious drink but also a steady companion to my mornings. In this post, I’ll share my personal Ganoderma coffee experience — both past and present — and hopefully help you navigate the wide selection available today.

From Regular Coffee to Ganoderma Coffee

My coffee habit actually started at my second job, working as a dispatcher in a pizzeria. Even back then, I always drank my coffee with milk — a habit I’ve kept to this day. At the time, I didn’t know anything about Ganoderma coffee, alkalinity, or the health benefits of medicinal mushrooms.

My First Encounter with Ganoderma

In 2012, I was introduced to DXN’s instant Ganoderma coffees — along with a unique opportunity.

My very first choice was the DXN Cream Coffee. I loved it — it was smooth, creamy, and mild, with just a touch of sugar. For my personal taste, I had to add a bit more sweetness, but I stayed loyal to this coffee for about 2–3 months.

Then I tried the Lingzhi Coffee 3 in 1 EU version, which had a higher sugar content and was much closer to my preferred taste. For a while, I alternated between these two favorites.

How Did Ganoderma Coffee Affect Me?

Many first-time drinkers report a stronger detoxifying effect, such as mild diarrhea, when they start with Ganoderma coffee. Personally, I didn’t experience anything extreme, but I did notice a positive effect on my digestion and metabolism. I felt more energetic, and my overall well-being improved.

Another surprising change was that my sleep needs shortened by about 30–60 minutes per night. It may not sound like much, but over a year, that’s a significant amount of extra time I could use productively.

Experimenting with More Flavors

Next, I tried Lingzhi Black Coffee. It was so intense that I had to dilute each packet into three portions! Even then, its effects were still strong and long-lasting. This is the only DXN coffee with no sugar at all — just pure coffee and Ganoderma.

I’ll be honest — not every coffee was love at first sip. Back in 2012, I didn’t care much for Maca VitaCafe or Maca EuCafe. They simply weren’t my taste at the time, even though they contain amazing ingredients like maca root, ginseng, and of course, Ganoderma. Later on, my taste shifted, and now I can enjoy them — even if they’re not my all-time favorites.

On the other hand, the Zhi Mocha was a pleasant surprise. With its chocolatey flavor, it quickly became one of my top picks. For a while, I thought this would remain my favorite Ganoderma coffee — until another blend took the crown.

The Zhi Cafe Classic Era

In the early-to-mid 2010s, the Zhi Cafe Classic (Ganoderma coffee bag) became my absolute favorite. It had a light, smooth flavor — not too strong, but just perfect for starting my mornings calmly and peacefully. I drank this coffee almost exclusively for years.

When DXN introduced White Coffee Zhino to the Hungarian market, of course I had to try it. It was extra creamy and very pleasant, but it still couldn’t replace my love for the Zhi Cafe Classic.

A New Era – New Favorites

In recent years, DXN has continued to expand its coffee selection. One of the newest additions, Lion’s Mane Coffee, quickly became my second favorite. I drink it quite often these days. The taste is balanced and smooth, and I can actually feel its benefits — especially when it comes to reducing stress. Since drinking Lion’s Mane Coffee regularly, I’ve had fewer headaches and, when they do occur, they’re much milder.

Still, my number one choice remains the Lingzhi Coffee 3 in 1 EU version. I’ve been drinking it every morning for years now. It’s sweet enough, not too strong, and perfectly balanced—just the way I like it.

Why I Stayed with DXN Coffees

For more than 13 years, DXN coffees have never let me down. The quality is outstanding, with all ingredients sourced from controlled, trusted environments. The organic Ganoderma is grown under strict conditions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in every cup.

The variety is impressive: creamy, black, chocolatey, drip, or even herbal-infused coffees — there’s something for everyone. What I appreciate most is that DXN coffees are gentle on the stomach, unlike many regular coffees I’ve tried in the past.
